"Christ Is Risen"

...the title of today's devotional in the daily devotional that I lifted from my mother. It's a really good book, everytime I read it (which I try to read it consistently everyday) I feel that I definitely gain something. Most definitely. It has soothed me on many days, given me lots of strength.
Last week at church and in today's devotional, this verse (Romans 10:9) has been brought to my attention. It was also a very popular verse when I was a teenager and at church frequently throughout the week. So I ask myself today why is Romans 10:9 continuously being brought to my attention? What is the Lord trying to tell me? I am a believer, I have been for as long as I can remember...
The verse reads "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved..."

Upon trying to read the verse over and over to try to see what I'm supposed to get from it, "believe in your heart" immediately jumps off of the page and stares me in the face. . . "believe in your heart" that the Lord raised His Son from the dead and through that my sins are all payed for. "Believe in your heart..."
